General Contracting
As a General Contractor, we obtain plans from a client's design team during the bidding phase. Once JC Construction is awarded the bid, we create a budget, schedule, and plan to execute a successful project. The construction process begins with the project manager importing the project's information into Timberline Construction Management Software. Timberline software is used to expertly track and manage the following:
- Billings
- Submittals
- Contracts
- Change Orders
- Meeting Notes
- RFIs (Requests for Information)
- Drawing Logs
- Compliance Management
Out in the field, the Superintendant prepares the job site, including gathering permits and inspections. JC Construction is held accountable at progress meetings to reassure the client of budget and schedule requirements. The project will not be turned over to the client until all details on the plans have been completed.
