On behalf of InterMoor Inc, I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and your staff for the successful completion of our new 22 acre facility here in Morgan City. We are very proud of our new facility and receive lots of compliments from all visitors. As you know, I also represented the Port of Morgan City as their Project Manager and reported directly to the Executive director, Jerry Hoffpauir. Jerry was equally satisfied with the overall job performance of JC Construction and JC’s various sub-contractors.
This yard development project included every type of construction from ground preparation to final carpet installation. Also adding to the complexity was the fact that it was a State of Louisiana and Federal funded project that had to be coordinated with LA DOTD and others.
Our project was completed on budget and ahead of schedule, thanks in part to the efforts of your Superintendent Ray Adams and Project Manager Jim Martin. Both were very professional and a pleasure to work with. The sub-contractors you had on the project were also very qualified and did a great job.
